Training takes place every week throughout the year. The main training times are outlined below (see Main Sessions tab for more info).

  • Middle- and long- distance running:
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Meet at the Mardyke Pavilion (red-bricked building beside the track) also Saturdays at 9am for a session out at the Farm in Curraheen.
  • Sprinting:
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. Meet at the SW corner of the outdoor track (in front of the treadmill window).
  • Field events (i.e. throws and jumps): please contact us for more information.

We cater to all types of runners from beginners to experienced. You can join us at any time of the year, and drop in/out as you need.
