Training

The main times are the coached sessions, which are specific to your event; but we also have strength and conditioning /circuit training sessions , which are open to all members.

  • Middle- and long-distance running: on every week during the semesters on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Meet at the Mardyke Pavilion.
  • Sprinting: on every week during the semester on Tuesday from 6:00-7:30pm, and Thursday from 6:30-8:00pm. Meet at the SW corner of the track.
  • Other events (i.e. throws and jumps): please contact us for more information.

We cater to all types of runners from beginners to experienced. You can join us at any time of the year, and drop in/out as you need.
